Here in the Palenque jungle it's about 75 degrees with slight humidity and a little drizzle. I'm about to leave for Frontera Corozol and the border with Guatemala.
Because of the rain, and lack of tourists to share boat expenses to Yazchilan, I'll pass that for now and will return next year for that, El Mirador and Yaxha.
I hope to find collectivos to get me to Sayaxche, ideally today, otherwise I'll sleep wherever I end up at dusk.
